FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
At Yume Africa, we believe that no child should have to learn on an empty stomach. Food insecurity is one of the most pressing barriers to education, especially for vulnerable and displaced children. Our Food Assistance Program was established to ensure that students can focus in class, participate fully, and achieve academic success.
The program provides 2 daily nutritious meals a day to the most at-risk students during the school year. By addressing hunger, we help improve school attendance, health, and learning outcomes, giving children the strength and stability they need to succeed. Through this initiative, Yume Africa is committed to making education not only accessible but sustainable for every child we support.
